Gerad’s real estate journey began in 1998, and he officially launched his career in 2006 with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices - Allstar, REALTORS. His Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from the University of Phoenix allows him to integrate next-generation tools to streamline the buying, selling, and investing process.

Born and raised in Gallup, New Mexico, Gerad grew up in the construction and design industry, learning the intricacies of homebuilding from his parents. After graduating from Gallup High School in 1999, he relocated to Albuquerque, where he pursued education while working in sales, marketing, and real estate. His expertise includes business development, compliance, and agent success.
