It is true that where ever you may be looking to move there will be crime. No matter what location of town you may be looking into we are pretty positive that at some point crime may have happened in the area. One of the best ways to know an area that you are considering moving to is to find all the local resources that are available. As a REALTOR, we are unable to answer one of the most asked questions we get, "What are the best areas of town to live?" or "We don't want the WAR ZONE, can you tell us what areas these are?". The reason a licensed agent is unable to answer these types of questions is because although the REALTOR may have a opinion on the matter we must remain neutral. What a REALTOR may think a "good" or "bad" area of town might be, someone else may have the complete opposite opinion than a REALTOR. We do not want to misrepresent areas of our community.
So as an REALTOR how do we help? We give you the resources and tips to help you make a decision on your own so you can determine the areas you feel comfortable with. As a buyer of ours we want you to have a list of tools that will come in handy when searching for a home.
